This was another KICK ASS show! I found about this on complete accident though. I was on vacation with my dad in FL and while I was listining to the local rock stations I found out that the Goo Goo Dolls were gonna be playing a free show at Disney's Pleasure Island on Halloween! I was so totally geeked considering we had tickets for that night! But I was curious who was opening for them? I called up the station and they said "some band by the name of "Eththeenyum" " I was like that's Athenaeum stupid! So I was more excited now that I bugged my dad to get us there early so we could wait in line. When we got there, there was no one waiting in line so instead we went and shopped around the local shops. Finally when it got closer to show time we got in line where I met some cool people, keith and his girlfriend sara. They both were there for the Goo's and I informed them that I was there for ATH. They claimed they never heard them untill I hummed "What I didn't Know" for them. Here is a picture of me getting ready for my night of ATH! as you can see in the picture I am wearing my signed ATH shirt from Show#2! Finally the gates opened and the three of us rushed to the front of teh stage and got ready for ATH and the goo's. here is a picture of the sign at the show. Then ATH came on and I went nuts while everyone else diden't have a clue who ATH was. The announcer kept saying the opening band was "Eththeenyum". I got so angry everytime he mispronounced it. All in all they put on a hour show and played most of the songs off radience along with my favorite song "Comfort" (from which this website got it's name).
Afterwards, the Goo's came on and did their thing. here is a pic of Johnny from the Goo's. My dad said that the bassist named Ben, scared the heck out of him. But anyway, Very Very good show by ATH!
